Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations
Because our RamenWrap products are custom-made to your unique design specifications, we begin processing orders quickly. You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After 2 hours, the custom printing process has begun, and we can no longer accept cancellations.
2. Returns
As RamenWrap products contain perishable food items and customized packaging, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or design errors (e.g., typos or low-resolution images provided by the customer). Please double-check your 3D preview before confirming your order.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error on our part, we will gladly replace the items or issue a full refund. Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and your order number.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed immediately and applied back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
