1. Processing Times
Every RamenWrap order is custom printed and assembled by hand. Standard orders typically require 2-3 business days for production processing before they are dispatched. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be extended up to 5 business days.
2. Shipping Methods & Speeds
Australian standard delivery is A$9.95 per order, or included with The Premium Challenge Kit. Australian express delivery is A$20 per order. Prices include applicable GST. Delivery begins after production.
• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after processing.
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing.
International standard delivery is free from A$120 in merchandise after discounts, or a flat A$35 below A$120, to the destinations listed at checkout. Shipping and additional taxes do not count toward this threshold. International express is not currently offered. Import duties and local charges, if applicable, are the recipient’s responsibility unless collected at checkout. Delivery estimates exclude customs delays. Cups-only orders have an A$100 minimum before shipping. Your quote confirms the price and shipping cost.
3. Tracking Information
Once your custom ramen is packed and shipped, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your package's journey to your door.
