You retain all rights to the designs and images you upload. However, by uploading content to our platform for printing, you grant RamenWrap a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and print the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. You confirm that you have the right to use any images or text you upload and that they do not infringe on any third-party copyrights or trademarks.

3. Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to refuse to print any designs that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be illegal, offensive, harassing, or otherwise violating these Terms of Service.

4. Limitation of Liability

RamenWrap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
